Where can i find cartilage earrings with a ball back that are 18 gauge?

I have two cartilage piercings and I privations to which they get bigger. But since I have long hair with earrings always get caught. I call for a back that habit so easily and I can sleep at ease. Cure please?

Can you put an 18 gauge earring in a 16 gauge piercing?

I have this dazzling earring I want to wear but it's an 18 gauge and my piercing is as a matter of fact a 16 gauge. :(
18 gauge is smaller than 16 so it would be superior
the gauge system goes:
20,18, 16, 14, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 0, 00 then into fractions
20 is small and then 00 is really big done by streching
