If I gauge my ears to size 0 will they go back to normal if I take them out?

I am a number 2 and I really want to go to size 0.

Does anyone have a picture of a size 0 ear gauge?

I neediness to get my ears pierced, and I'm thinking about getting it size 0.
Can someone show me a picture of someone with a size 0 extent?

If it helps, you can fit a gauge pen through a size 0 hole. I dont have any pictures of a zero except i believe this one is when my ear was a 0
