I intend to kill a few thousand of jewelry and I have this wonderful Canon Rebel XTi camera, but to learn how to configure it to make it easy to work. Advice will be appreciated!

You need a tent light and lighting honest. Usually, a couple of 750 watt lamps are the least expensive way to go.
You will also need a tripod and remote release.
Also, what is the assorted consensus on the appearance from the side of the ring for a V-prong setting? Is it too much metal covering the diamond? I have knowledge of V prongs offer much more support and are more effective in the long run, but I'm at best trying to get a gauge

I had Easter on my plans. I remembered that I had two vintage bunny brooches that were missing rhinestones. When I pulled out my garments jewelry supplies, I was also inspired by a floral cabochon. I spied a link of cab pendant settings as well.
